Day 2 - Girlfriend Surprise

 Today was the second day in my week trying to survive on just £10. I posted the shopping list yesterday so you can all have a look what I got, basically it was just a chicken...

So anyway the roast left me with all but a leg and a wing of the chicken, so I decided today to make mash, beans and Mama's Chicken Schnitzel which is one of my girlfriends favourite after trying it for the first time this summer in Thailand!

It wasn't quite the same but still delicious. Maybe even better...

 So if you want to try this recipe, its so simple and it works great with raw or cooked chicken!

So there it is have a go and check back tomorrow for the next installment!

    You should also mention other ways you can eat your schnitzel! For example in a nice fresh baguette with some melted cheese or sweet chilli sauce or BOTH for lunch the next day!
